NATALIE CRAMPTON  | DIRECTOR, TEC

In 2008 Natalie singlehandedly, started TEC event management in the United Arab Emirates.  With a strong determination to succeed and a resolve to promote and provide a service where anything is possible, the company flourished.  

  

For the first 12 years of operation, the business was a corporate event agency that operates throughout the Middle East and North Africa and beyond. Over the years Natalie has not only had the privilege of working with some of the world’s leading brands, including HSBC, Visa, Sephora, Cisco, and DHL, but also the pleasure of working with many talented and inspirational people along the way.   

  

Her passion, commitment and drive has not only enabled Natalie to lead TEC, but also to be a facilitator and role model.  She has provided internships and used her extensive knowledge of the marketing and events industry to mentor in the workplace and lecture in university’s and at business conferences across the world.  

 

2020 brought the traditional events industry to an abrupt halt, yet this did not stop Natalie and her dedicated team as they embraced the opportunity to transform the TEC business and focused on using new technologies and digital content creation to continue to connect their clients and share their stories.
