When this inaugural conference for the top 200 leaders in the world connected on a global scale for the very first time, what better location than Dubai? Home of the tallest, largest and most luxurious landmarks in the world. It was four days getting these leaders motivated, educated and prepared to walk away with new insights and best practices to create a true ripple effect across the globe for years to come. 

The keynotes including a celebrity guest Huda, team-building sessions to share best practices and daily encouragement from global executives to drive the messaging were just as impactful as the once in a lifetime experience (for some) of exploring all Dubai has to offer to take in the true fascination of this locale.  And no trip to Dubai is complete without a trip to the desert, a few camels and an amazing sunset to close the show.
