It was the 20th anniversary of being located in the Americas and a time to celebrate their roots, but a critical call to action for store leaders to rally for inspiration and drive to remain the leader in prestige beauty as competitors gained traction and market share. From concept, creative, communication, design and production -- the message was weaved into the four-day conference to include daily keynotes; educational breakout sessions; 90+ brand partner activations; evening events including a 20th celebration party; an inspiring awards ceremony; "supper-club" gala; employee talent show; "play" night closing pool party.
